Mrs. Abigail Ames died October 27, in Ogdensburg, where she had been for a number of years. Her remains were brought here and funeral services held Saturday afternoon at Hannibal Center, with burial in Hannibal Center cemetery. Besides hher husband, William Ames, she is survived by two sons William Ames, Jr., of Hannibal Center and Ernest Ames of Vermont, two daughters, Mrs. Lewis Blake, of South Hannibal, and Mrs. Ella Brotherston.
