Curtis Alan Cory passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 20, 2023, in Oklahoma City surrounded by family. He was born and raised in Edmond by Eugene (Gene) Cory and Maxine Jung Cory and attended Edmond public schools and OSU.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents and brother David.
Growing up, Curtis enjoyed playing baseball and had a deep love for animals but especially his dogs. Curtis worked in radio advertising and the energy industry. His real passion was for music, adventure, travel, nature and fishing. He spent his free time traveling and attending many concerts throughout his life.
Curtis had a great sense of humor whether he was making jokes or sharing stories. He was a natural conversationalist who could easily create connections with anyone. He always stood for the truth and defended his beliefs with determination.
Above all else, Curtis cherished Melissa, his wife and best friend of 34 years, and his family.
