Franklin"Sonny" Mark Eckert died unexpectedly. He was the son of Raymond Andrew and Dorothy Geraldine (Bowers) Eckert. Donna (Siecker) Eckert Smith was his 1st wife. They were divorced. Donna died February 8, 2022. Sarah (Toronski) Asti Eckert was his 2nd wife. They were married July 28, 1984. Sonny was a lifelong resident of St. Marys and was a graduate of St. Marys High School, Class of 1956. He was a veteran of the US National Guard - served for 26 years. He was a retired employee of Quala-Die, retired in 2004. Sonny was the father of Yvonne Eckert, Kelly (Eckert) Pazinski McMackin and Scott Eckert.
