Emma F. Tadijanac, 73, of Lawnsdale Avenue, Mansfield, died April 1, 2008 in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. She was born August 20, 1934 in Hewitt, West Virginia to Mason and Reba (Johnson) Miller, and had lived in Mansfield since 1953. Emma had worked at Hartman Electric, retiring in 1968. She was a supporter of CitiChurch. Described as a great mediator, Emma was solid as a rock, as she placed her faith in the Solid Rock: the Lord Jesus, and was faithful for the past 35 years. Always busy knitting, sewing and crafting in some form or another, Emma donated the work of her hands to others. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Tim & Sheri Tadijanac of Mansfield, her daughter, Linda Tadijanac of Mansfield, her daughter, and son in law, Lorie & Gary Glover of Ashland, grandchildren, Jessica Cortez of Kodiak, Alaska, Elizabeth Cunningham of Columbus, Nichole Tadijanac of Shelby, Timothy J. Tadijanac, and Sarah Tadijanac both of Mansfield and a special grandson, Robbie Tadijanac of Mansfield, great grandchildren, Isabel Cortez, and Rickey Cortez both of Kodiak, Alaska, and Gracie Tadijanac of Shelby, her former husband, John Tadijanac of Mansfield, brothers, and sisters, Frank Miller, Sam and his wife, Gayle Miller, Autumn Holestin, Diana Hall, Kathryn Miller all of Madison, West Virginia, William Miller of Gallipolis, and Danny Miller of Mansfield, and a cherished friend Sylvia "Bit" Johnson, who drove Emma on wonderful day trips and spent quality time with her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Ruth Boggs, and brothers Ted Miller and Robin Miller. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 5, 2008 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Finefrock Chapel of the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, 350 Marion Avenue (Former Finefrock Funeral Home). A graveside funeral service will follow Saturday at 11 a.m. in Mansfield Memorial Park with the Pastor Micah Pelkey officiating. Memorial contributions to CitiChurch may be made at the funeral home.
