Mrs. Aguayo was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico to Jan M. Rivera and Carmen Rivera. She married Juan Aguayo in 1940. He preceded her in death September 27, 2003. She was a homemaker and recently moved to Temple. She was a Catholic.
Mrs. Aguayo was preceded in death by one daughter Ana Luz Munoz.
Survivors include two daughters Miriam Hernandez and her husband Richard of Temple and Carmen Golf of Sherman; two sons Juan Aguayo, Jr. and his wife Ana of San Antonio and Carlos Aguayo and his wife Laura of Hempstead; two sisters Angie Cardoba of Puerto Rico and Irma Nevado of Florida; one brother Anibal Rivera of Florida; fourteen grandchildren, 21 great grand grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday Aug. 5, 2023 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
