Ann Anderson age 77 of Flat Rock died Monday, September 4 at her residence. Funeral services are Saturday, September 9 at 11 am ct at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Bro. Robert Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in Overlook Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 3 to 7 PM on Friday and 10 am until funeral time on Saturday.
Survivors include husband of 58 years, James Greelon Anderson, daughters, Sandra Anderson, Brenda Anderson, brother, Albert "Shorty" Smith and a host of friends.
Ann was a 1958 graduate of Birchwood High School. Ann and Greelon were married May 4, 1965 at Bethlehem Baptist Church and she became a member that same year. She was a substitute teacher at NSM School for several years and had worked 12 years at Moore's Fabric Store. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Easter Kibble Smith, sister, Erma Smith, brothers, J. B. Smith and Johnny Smith.
