REVA RAE CATHEY ROBERTSON, of Houston, born December 12, 1928 in Childress, Texas went home to be with her Lord on May 3, 2010. She was a member of Uvalde Baptist Church and former member of Second Baptist Church of Jacinto City, Second Baptist and First Baptist Churches of Galena Park, and Houston's First Baptist Church. She has been a member of the Union Baptist Association WMU, Harris County Master Gardener Assoc. and the Gulf Coast Horticultural Society. She is survived by husband, Harry Robertson, children, Nancy Heuitt, Jim Robertson and Sally Gradl; sister, Vernis Driskell, brother Geral Cathey; as well as by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.Visitation will be Thursday, May 6 at Carter Funeral Home from 5-8:00 pm. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 7 at Uvalde Baptist Church, 901 Uvalde Rd., Houston. Donations may be made to the Houston Hospice, 1905 Holcomb Blvd. Houston 77030 in her memory.
