Beth was raised in Burlington, Connecticut and was a housekeeper for Thunder Ridge Farms for 20 years. She enjoyed art and the beauty of nature.
Beth is survived by her two sons; Jason R. Lang of Norfolk, Neil Lang and his wife Sandra of Winsted, her grandchildren; Cody Lang of Norfolk, Natalie Lapp and her husband Thomas of Torrington, Abigail Lang of Winsted and Neil Lang of Burlington, Vermont, and her great grandchildren.
