LESSIE M. GOLDEN, 68, of 5783 Lowry Rd., retired Memphis City Schools worker, died of heart failure Monday at Allenbrooke Nursing Home. Services will be at noon Saturday at Zion CME Church, where she was a member and former choir member, with burial in the church cemetery. M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Myers Garden Social Club. Mrs. Golden, the wife of Mack Golden, also leaves six daughters, Susie Tucker, Joyce Williams, Jerilynn Echols, Edna Golden, Linda Johnson and Brenda Young, all of Memphis; six sons, Darnell Golden, Anthony Golden, Gregory Golden and Barry Golden, all of Memphis, Parnell Golden of Arlington, Tenn., and Mack Golden Jr. of Lake Charles, La., 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
