Harriet Kittle was the daughter of Elijah and Lucinda (Waldo) Kittle.
She was the sister of Cyrus Kittle and half sister of Amasa, John, Alva, David, Amasa, Sarah and Louisa.
Harriet married Thomas James Sharps on September 11, 1859 in Randolph County, Virginia. He was the son of William and Anna (Bailey) Sharps.
To this marriage three children were born Dawson (1860-1861), Matilda (1861-1862), and Thomas Elijah (1863-1921).
Thomas died on March 29, 1863.
After Thomas death she married Daniel Boyles in Barbour County, West Virginia.
