Nestor Lechman 62, died 12:22pm yesterday afternoon in General Hospital where he had been admitted Sunday.
He was born in Austria and came to the United States in 1914, settling in New York City. In 1915 he moved to Wilkes-Barre where he has resided since.
He married Xenia Balsa of New York City, in 1916.
He worked for the Professional Window Cleaning Company for 43 years.
He was a charter member and former president of the Ukrainian Literary Association.
Funeral services will be held in the Russin Funeral Home.

Survivors are wife, Xenia; two sons, Walter of Colorado and Michael of Chester, Pennsylvania.
