Sharon McKissick Hall, 80, of Corsicana passed away October 19, 2023, at Medical Center of Plano. She was born in Pasadena, Texas on August 5, 1943, to Houston McKissick and Wilma McDonald McKissick. She worked for a number of years at the Mexia State School and as a social worker for CPS in Navarro County. Sharon loved to travel with her friends on cruises and with seniors on bus trips to different locations. She also loved to bake and cook for her family and friends when she was able to.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son Tracy Johnson and siblings Hugh McKissick and Nelda Hayes.
Sharon is survived by her husband Danny Lynn Hall; Sons Randy Johnson and Troy Johnson. Grandchildren Jordan Carbahal, Aaron Carbahal, Emily Johnson and Jake Johnson. She is also survived by a number of extended family members and a host of friends.
Graveside service will be Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 3:00pm at Dresden Cemetery. Family and friends can pay their respects Saturday from 10am - 5pm at Griffin - Roughton Funeral Home.
