In memory of Edward Cook, late of Scotland Hall, in this parish, who departed this life July 18, 1825, aged 66; also of Ann, wife of the above, who departed this life Nov. 1, 1836, aged 68 ; also of Charlotte, wife of Joseph Boutell, of Boxford, And daughter of the above Edward and Ann Cook, who departed this life Aug. 28, 1859, aged 63.

Reader if you would to God's rest attain
Use well your time spending an hour in vain
Let the morrow of your vain thoughts employ
But think this day the last you may employ.

One side of the vault
Sacred to the memory of Harriet the daughter of Edward and Ann Cook of this parish who departed this life May 23rd 1830 aged 29 years.
Also Maria their daughter who departed this life April 9th 1847 aged 39 years.

One end of the vault
In memory of Elizabeth wife of William. M. Layzell second daughter of the above Edward and Ann Cook who departed this life October 22nd 1845 aged 50 years.

One side of the vault
Sacred to the memory of Mary Ann, daughter of Edward and Ann Cook, who departed this life June 6, 1824, aged 31 ; also 3 children, Edward, Sarah, and Susannah, who died in their infancy.

One end of the vault
To the memory of Edward Cook, late of Scotland Hall, of this parish, who departed this life March 24, 1854, aged 51 ; also of Hannah Cook, who died Nov. 23, 1866, aged 68."
