Andrea Alvarado, 84 of Uvalde died Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio.

Visitation will take place Wednesday October 25, 2023 and Thursday October 26, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. both days at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home where a Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. Thursday only. Mass set for Friday October 27, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

She was born on January 8, 1939 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila Mexico to Concepcion Correa and Vidal Morua.

She is survived by two sons; Luis Alvarado Sr. and wife; Victoria of Uvalde, Pedro Alvarado Jr. and wife; Maria of Eagle Pass, three daughters; Maria Rendon, Andrea Marisol Alvarado, Alma Garza and husband; Alejandro all of Uvalde, one brother; Santos Morua of Mexico. 15 grandchildren. 26 great grandchildren. 1 great-great grandchild. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Honorary Pallbearers; Billy Joe Barrera, Emberlyn Alvarado of Uvalde, Barbara Garza of San Angelo.

Pallbearers will be Joe Adrian Alvarado, Jennifer Alvarado, Brandon Rendon, Alyssa Barrera, Bobby Joe Barrera of Uvalde, Albert Rendon of Austin.

She is preceded in death by both parents; Concepcion Correa and Vidal Morua, husband; Pedro Alvarado Sr., one daughter; San Juana Alvarado, one sister; Angela Cardenas, four brothers; Juan Sonora, Gumecindo Sonora, Raul Morua, Ramon Morua.
