A native of Ozark, AL; son of Tommy Taylor and Ada Parker Adams Taylor (1908-1989); husband of Annie Lee Crittenden Adams (1931-2015).
A deacon of New Hope First Pentecostal Baptist Church; a Korean War Army veteran; and an employee of General Maintenance Corp.
Also survived by daughters, Patricia Younger, Adale Adams, Georgia Adams, Katherine Jones, Pearline McCollough, and Ida Bell Adams Crittenden; sons, Norman Ray Greene, George Adams, Jr., and David Adams; and ten grandchildren.
