She was born on February 1, 1940 in Montello to Ewalt and Evelyn (Klawitter) Berg. Tootie married Clayton Weber on November 21, 1959 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Montello. She enjoyed having attention and being catered to by her children and friends. Tootie loved the Milwaukee Brewers, fishing, watching birds from her feeders, shopping, going to bingo and the casino with her friends. She was a life-time resident of the Montello area. Tootie was able to be a mother and housewife with a couple odd jobs earlier in her life. She will be missed by her family, friends and her cat, Tommy.
Tootie is survived by her four children, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Clayton; son, Donald; two sisters, Ethel and Dorothy and her brother, Donald.
A funeral service for Tootie will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church (Big Mecan), W1561 Evergreen Ln., Montello with Rev. Peter Zietlow officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
