Nasser Abuerreish Obituary
Nasser was born in Vermillion South Dakota on the 6th of October 1970. He passed away suddenly in Mercy One Hospital in Sioux City as a result of an acute brain hemorrhage ,on August 09 2023. He was laid to rest in Dakota City cemetery on August 11 2023 .

He is survived by his wife and 2 boys Rida and Jadd. In addition to his mother , father ,2 brothers and sister.

Nasser was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps. He graduated medical school top of his class . He excelled at his medical residencies and Oncology fellowship. Cancer care and research were his passion.

He was an avid reader and loved to travel. Nasser was an outgoing family man who loved life . A devout husband ,father , and a superb physician who served the Sioux City community for several years at the June E. Nylen Cancer Center. He was adored by his patients and well -respected by his colleagues and hospital staff . Dr." Abu" was a brand people trusted . A real hero in the eyes of those who knew him.

His premature departure will leave a huge void in the souls of his family members and friends. Holidays and family gatherings will never be the same without him.

Nasser leaves a legacy of persevering against all odds, and a never quit mindset . May his memory reside eternally in the hearts and minds of all those who crossed paths with him. Rest in peace son, father and brother.
