She was born May 1, 1937, in Ferrisburgh, Vermont, the daughter of Leo and Clara (Buckman) Abare. Jeanette had a love for classic movies and music, socializing with her friends over coffee, and loved to celebrate her favorite holiday, Christmas.
Jeanette is survived by her beloved Lexington family, and her very dear friend Nancy.
In addition to her parents, Jeanette was predeceased by her siblings, Helen Shaffer, June Hahe, Beverly Phillips, Emma, Jean, Eleanor, Nara, William, Leo and Steven.
Private Interment took place at Ferndale Cemetery, Johnstown.
