Former County Resident Killed in Auto Accident in Stillwater, Okla. Frank Garrison, a former resident of Douglas County, was killed in a traffic accident Saturday in Stillwater, Okla., as he crossed a street after work. Funeral services will be conducted there today (Thursday), following which the body will be returned to Douglas County, for a second service at Dogwood church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and burial will be in the Dogwood cemetery. Mr. Garrison, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Garrison, was born and grew to young manhood in the Arden community of Douglas county. He moved with his family to Oklahoma about 25 years ago. He is survived by his widow, the former Opal Ellison, three sons, and one daughter. Also surviving are two brothers and two sisters; Robert Garrison, Seymour, route 4, Floyd Garrison, Cushing, Okla.; Mrs. Joe Bradley, Stillwater, Okla., and Mrs. Pryor Baird, Springfield, Mo. Mr. Garrison was a nephew of Dr. J. L. Gentry and Mrs. Belle Mosley, both of Ava.
