JEROME J. BOLLE
(1950 - 2023)

Jerome J. Bolle, age 73 of Branch passed away Friday evening, December 29, 2023, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls, surrounded by his loving family.

Jerome was born on January 31, 1950, in Manitowoc, son of the late Berlin and Evelyn (Kirch) Bolle. He attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1968 from Lincoln High School. Following high school Jerome attended the Manitowoc County Teachers College. Instead of pursuing teaching, he began his career in construction as a drywaller for Ringmeier Drywall and later was self-employed as a drywaller. On August 7, 1993, Jerome married Ann L. Waniger at Camp Sinawa in Manitowoc County. Jerome enjoyed gardening, camping, golfing, tennis, bowling, volleyball, softball, deer hunting, and umpiring baseball games at the Branch Park. He was very passionate about his beliefs, which he then shared in the HTR as he wrote weekly articles for the panel discussion many years ago. Jerome was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish. When Jerome became physically unable to care for himself, Annie dedicated herself to taking care of him in their home. She was the love of his life, and she always knew how to put a smile on his face.

Survivors include his wife Annie Bolle, Branch; three daughters: Andrea (Paul) Janik, Saukville, Marisa (Clint) Gehring, West Bend, and Tessa Bolle (Andrew Muraski), Glendale; four grandchildren: Weston, Kaya, Drew, and Brody; his mother-in-law: Alice Waniger, St. Nazianz; his four siblings: Bari (Ann) Bolle, Manitowoc, Cindie (Terry) Henning, Wautoma, Thomas (Barb) Bolle, Manitowoc, Paul (Lisa) Bolle, Spicer, MN; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Herman (Patty) Waniger, Lynn Waniger (Rocky Dewane), James (Diane) Waniger, Beth (Todd) Buchanan, Mark Waniger (Bonnie Wagner), Dennis (Jane) Waniger, Bobby (Shari) Waniger, Lisa (Chris) Fisher; lifelong friend: Bruce (Hop) Kinzel; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Berlin and Evelyn Bolle, one brother: James "JB" Bolle; his father-in-law: Francis Waniger, and many aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

The family would like to thank Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for the care given to Jerome over the last eleven months, especially Shayna, Stephanie, Katie, and Kristin.
