Mr. Hollis is survived by his wife, Ida; two sons, Lewis, of Winter Haven, Florida, and Alex, of Poughkeepsie; one daughter, Mrs. Theodore (Ida) Kepenach, of Peekskill; two brothers, Julius of Clinton Corners, N.Y., and Joseph of Hungary; one sister, Susanna Hollis, of Hungary; and eight grandchildren. Arrangements by E. O. Curry.

Note: There is some confusion on the spelling of his last name. Hillside Cemetery records has his last name as "Halasz". His obituary has his last name as "Hollis". His wife's, Ida, obituary has her last name as "Halas". I will request a photo of the headstone, if there is one, to verify the correct spelling.
