Blanche Brown of Clinton, died in a Nebraska Hospital while visiting her son, John Brown. She was a daughter of Pearl and Grace Southard Sykes. Her husband Bert Brown and 2 daughters, Norma Giuliano and Geraldine Morgan died earlier. She is survived by one daughter Lorene Stuper of Clinton; 4 sons, Bert of the Panama Canal; John of Bellevue, NE; Joe of Terre Haute, and Charles of Indianapolis; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Moran of Chrisman, IL; and 4 brothers, Melvin Sykes of Mecca, Delbert Sykes of Clinton, Donald Sykes of Hillsdale, and Charles Sykes of Oregon.
