Preceded in death by wife, Pauline (Karp), and siblings: Michael, Jacob Jr., Thomas, Anna (Leggo), Catherine (Pavlishin).

Survived by siblings: Mary (Kovalchick), Agnes (Demi), Josephine (Celentona), Peter, nieces and nephews.

Other confirmed sibling: Martin, no known death date or whereabouts.
