Carmen Nunez was born in Piedras Negras, Mexico on April 16, 1932 and passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on November 9, 2023 at the age of 91.
Carmen was a chef and loved cooking. The thing she loved the most though was cooking for her family. She enjoyed family gatherings, and spending time with her family was one of her favorite things to do. She would spend her time making sure to cook her famous tamales and soup.
Carmen is survived by her daughter Delia Alvarez and her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Gregorio and Susana Silva.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the hospice that treated Carmen with such great care Hospice of the Valley.
Carmen will be forever missed and loved....
