Mrs. Nellie Stanger, 63, died at 11 p.m. Saturday at St. Benedict's hospital.

Mrs. Stanger was born June 15, 1891, at West Weaver, Utah. She was married to Robert McLean on Dec. 18, 1908 at Ogden. He died Jan. 14, 1919. She was married to Lawrence Stanger at Twin Falls on Sept. 20, 1920. He died on Feb. 28, 1940 at Jerome. They came to Jerome in 1931. She was a member of the LDS church and the Relief Society.

Surviving are six sons, Orville McLean, Eden; Lloyd McLean, Filer; Robert McLean, North Africa; Ray Stanger, Hansen and Kenneth Stanger and Douglas Stanger, both Jerome; five daughters, Mrs. J. B. Kearney, Anchorage, Alaska; Mrs. Ed Mathisen, Shoshone; Mrs. Tony Saballa and Mrs. Marvin Aslett, both Jerome, and Mrs. Jack Gott, Hailey; 29 grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the LDS church with Bishop Thomas Newman of the second ward officiating. Friends may call at the Buehler mortuary from 1 p.m. Tuesday to time of services. Concluding rites will be held at the Jerome cemetery under the direction of the Buehler mortuary.
