Nell was the fifth of seven children born to Carl Mack and Bertha Lee (Watts) Moose. She married Thomas 'Elisha' Bebber Sr. and they had four children: Myrtle Faye, Thomas Elisha Jr., (male) and Phillip Lynn.

TAYLORSVILLE - Nell Moose Bebber 86, died Wednesday, February 24, 1999. Funeral is 11am Saturday at Three Forks Baptist Church. Visitation is 7-8:30pm tonight at the church. Alexander Funeral Home is in charge.
