FINAL RITES FOR SUICIDE VICTIM HELD
Funeral services for Burl Wampler, suicide victim who died Friday evening as
the result of drinking carbolic acid, were held Sunday afternoon from the
Free Methodist Church with Rev. L. C. Cassidy officiating. The singing was
furnished by the Riggs quartet.
Lloyd Helton, Burl Helton, Edward Helton, Austin Richardson, O. Chestnut and
Harry Butcher were pallbearers. Flower bearers were Mrs. Dorothy Helton,
Mrs. Nellie Helton, Mrs. Thelma Wampler and Mrs. Harry Chambers.
Interment was in the Clear Creek Cemetery.Death
