Ashley Pluim Ford died at her home in Kaysville, Utah on May 5, 2008 at the age of 25.

Ashley was born April 29, 1983 in Grand Junction, Colorado to Steve and Tamra Pluim. She and her husband Nathan Ford have two children, 18 month old Ava and five month old Mia.

She is survived by her parents, Steve Pluim and Tamra Pluim, her husband Nathan Ford, her brothers, Jeremy Pluim and Ben Pluim, and her sisters, Michelle Francis and Kylie Pluim. She is also survived by a large number of cousins, in-laws, grandparents and friends who love her and miss her.

A Viewing will be held at the Russon Brothers Farmington Mortuary at 1941 North Main Street, Farmington, Utah on Friday May 9 from 6-8 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at the LDS Church at 1280 W. 1875 N. in Farmington. The Funeral Home and Church are both across the street to the southwest from Cherry Hills Amusement Park. Additional Viewing opportunity will be held Saturday before the Funeral from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Church.
