Daughter of Francois Auclair and Henriette Demers. She was baptised in the parish of St-Ambroise-de-la-Jeune-Lorette, Loretteville. Her godparents were Antoine Auclair and Marie Gagne.


At 19, she married Nazaire Bedard (45yo) in Charlesbourg on 24 April 1877.

They had at least 5 children together.

She died aged 29 in Montreal (Parish Notre-Dame) and was buried on 15 July 1887.
