Mr. Glaze died on Tuesday, April 29, 2008.
A longtime resident of Longview, Mr. Glaze was born January 9, 1941, in Gilmer, to Howell and Bessie Salter Glaze.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother and sister-in-law, James and Martha Glaze; and sister, Mary Westerfield.
He grew up in East Mountain and graduated from East Mountain High School. He retired from Texas Eastman. He was a member of the National Cutting Horse Association. He rode, trained and competed across the Ark-La-Tex.
Mr. Glaze is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Cade Guidry; grandsons, Dylan and Cody Guidry; brother and sister-in-law, Kelly and Pat Glaze; and several nieces and nephews.
