WILL OF ANDREW J. PERRINE
Deceased

In the name of God, Amen I, Andrew J. Perrine of Worth Tp Mercer County and State of Pennsylvania being of Sound mind and retentive memory and considering the uncertainty of life do therefore make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament as follows: That after my lawful debts and funeral expenses are paid, I will and bequeath to my Wife (Agnes) the use of my personal property (Including money) until the youngest child is of age for her support and the support of the children. At the time that the youngest child becomes of age I want my personal property (Except household goods and goods pertaining to the house) sold and equally divided among my children. And at my wife's death I want the balance of my personal property equall divided amoung my children. And I further will that my wife give to each child when they marry a comfortable setting out (not to exceed what we gave our daughter Florence at the time of her marriage. And further, I will to my Son John E. Perrine my farm situated in Worth Tp Mercer Co and State of Pennsylvania upon the following conditions. That he give my wife Thirty three dollars per year for her third interest in the farm her lifetime. And I further will that my son John E. Perrine pay Each of the other children one hundred dollars as follows. That he pay my daughter Florence E. intermarried with R. L. Dick in two years after my death. And that he pay the next oldest in one year after that viz. Ada M. And that he pay Ethel B in one year after that. And that he pay Arthur H. in one year after that. And that he pay Don A. in one year after that if he is of age. If he is not of age at that time he is not to be paid until he is of age. And that he pay Helen H. in one year after that if she is of age, if not she is to be paid when she becomes of age. And further, If my wife should die before my youngest child becomes of age, I will that my son John E. continue to pay the thirty three dollars per year for the support of the children until the youngest child is of age. And I hereby appoint my Wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. This 10" day of Jan. A. D. one thousand nine hundred & six.
