Married Martha Ann Strange 12 Jan 1836 in Lancaster Garrard Co.,KY

Married Sarah Matilda Ford on 15 Aug 1876 in Robinson Crawford Co., IL. Sarah was the widow of Ashford Grimes who she married on 6 Jun 1839.

Several researchers are looking for his connection to Robert Terrell born 1751, Culpepper Co., VA that was married to Zeno Pope. Robert Terrell (1751) accompanied Warner Ford, Sr. on a expedition into the Illinois Territory with George Rogers Clark.

Two of Robert Terrell's daughters, Jane and Elizabeth, married two of Warner Ford's sons, Robert and Jarrett.

He is probably a grandson of one of Robert's brothers.

There is a granddaughter, Jane Guisey Terrell Henderson, of Edmund Terrell (brother of Robert 1751) buried in the Old Robinson Cemetery.

At the George Rogers Clark Memorial library I found records showing that two brothers of Robert Terrell (1751) sit on the board that passed out the land grants of what Congress awarded George Rogers Clark. They purchased quite a few that individuals did not want that totaled over 15,000 acres.
