Funeral services for Otis Daniel Alcorn, 54, will be held in the chapel of Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home tomorrow at 2:00 with Rev. Fred Hawkins officiating.
Mr. Alcorn, a resident of Baxter, was dead on arrival at Cookeville General Hospital Sunday.
He was a native of Putnam County, the son of the late Henry H. and Ocie Dawes Alcorn. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bernadine Leftwich Alcorn; 4 brothers, Wort Alcorn, Donelson, Franklin D. Alcorn, Madison, James Edgar Alcorn and Henry Clay Alcorn of Hermitage.
Burial will be in Crest Lawn Cemetery.
