Born in Tower City, October 3 1903 a daughter of the late Charles and Teresa Kauffman Antes.
She was retired from the former Bestok Garment Factory as a seamstress with over 30 years of service.
She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Tower City; Lebanon Chapter of Daughter of the American Revolution.
She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Claude in 1991; her three sons, Warren W. and his wife Violet, Frederick J. and his wife Isabelle and Clyde E.; 3 brothers, Charles, Pete, and Robert Antes; 7 sisters, Kate Powell, Margaret Ferree, Maude Miller, Bess Hoffman, Hattie Zimmerman, Irene Raebuck and Merle Shreve.
Surviving is her grandchildren, Ronald and Claudia Kopp, CA; Scott Kopp, Lititiz; Randy and Greg Kopp, Lebanon and Ann Marie Sweetman, Maryland; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 27th at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc. Tower City, with Rev. Edward Gobrecht.
Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to her church, E. Grand Ave. Tower City PA 17980.
