Trilby, Aug. 6.- This community was shocked on July 21 by the death of Mrs. Ann Stafford, who had been sick several weeks, but her friends thought there was no cause of alarm until the last few days of her illness. She was laid to rest in the Trilby Cemetery at 4 o'clock Saturday evening. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church of which she was a consistent member, by Rev. Mr. Whidden. She leaves one son and a grief stricken husband to mourn their loss.
