MRS. CLARENCE SCHMIDT
Mrs. Alma Henniger Schmidt, 77, of Lowell, wife of Clarence Schmidt, died at 8 p.m. Thursday at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was a daughter of the late Emma and William Henniger. On Aug. 12, 1908 she was married to Clarence Schmidt. She was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons, George Schmidt of Columbus, Raymond Schmidt of Lowell and Clarence Schmidt of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Verna Long of Canal Winchester, Mrs. Elenore Sergant of Westerville and Mrs Virgil Wilking of Lowell; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Stella Wilkens of Dexter City, Mrs. Alice Forshey of Newark, Mrs. Elsie Moore and Mrs. Lela Oliver of Lowell. She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
The body is at People's Funeral Home in Lowell where friends may call Saturday afternoon and evening. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
