Odd Accident Fatal
Edgar Groff, 17 months old child of Mr & Mrs Delmar Groff, died at the family home south of Claremont, Sunday morning after having apparently recovered from an old accident a week before.
The child had swallowed a grain of corn and had been taken to the St. Louis hospital where the obstuction was removed and had been returned to his home Friday, apparently recovered.
He survived by his parents, two brothers, funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Eureka Church with burial at the Eureka Cemetery.
