Brad "Buddy" Betts, 43, 2382 Highway X, Mosinee, died Monday, June 19, 2000, at Community Health Care Wausau Hospital. Buddy was employed as a truck driver for Custom Glass of Schofield. Survivors include his wife, Mary (Krall) Betts; his parents, Alec Jr. and Gloria Betts; three daughters, Melissa Smith, Chicago, Tania Krall, Green Bay, and Kara Betts, at home; his grandmother, Martha Betts, Wausau; two sisters, Gale (Eddie) Pollard, Wausau, and Laurel (Randy) Moore, town of Wausau; two brothers, Alec (Sally) Betts III, Aniwa, and Maurice Betts Sr., Park Rapids, Minn.; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at PetersonKraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth St., Wausau. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Kronenwetter. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, and from noon Friday until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home.
