Mrs. Ada Martin Weir, wife of Ed Weir, died Saturday afternoon about 3:20 at her home near Mount Comfort, after an illness of nearly a year. Mrs. Weir was prominent in her community and was especially interested in the Mount Comfort-Salem community club work. Funeral services will he held this afternoon. Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Lindell; four sisters, Mrs. Vinie Curtiss of Oklahoma, Mrs. Essie Weir and Mrs. Dora Hardin of Mount Comfort and Mrs. Amy Dimms of Steele, and two brothers, Andrew Hardin of Joplin, Mo., and Josh Hardin of Mount Comfort, all of whom here for the funeral.
