Charles F. Wolfmeier, retired clay miner and trucker, died at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday at his home, 812 Anthony Avenue. He had been ill from some time and had been hospitalized in recent weeks. Fuenral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Browning Funeral Home. The Rev. Cecil Culverhouse will officiate and burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Pardue, Bert Middleton, Parker Hall, Bill Wood, Cecil Schoening and L. B. Prohart. Mr. Wolfmeier was a member of Callaway Lodge 105 I. O. O. F., and graveside rites will be held by that group. He was born on February 9, 1892, in the Central Church community, son of Henry and Caroline Marie Trippennsee Wolfmeier. He first was married to Merle Elizabeth Taylor in 1917 and she died on March 26, 1945. He was married to Luola Owen on July 29, 1955, and she survives. Mr. Wolfmeier was a member of White Cloud Presbyterian Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clarence Schoening, Route 2; two sons, C. T. Wolfmeier and Gene O'Donald Wolfmeier, both of Fulton; one sister, Mrs. Anna Clevenger, Fulton; one brother, William Wolfmeier, New Bloomfield; one step-daughter, Mrs. Barbara Hall, Fulton; and nine grandchildren.
