BALLINGER - Herman A. "Red" Lange, 80, died Sunday at a local hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Don Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in the Old Runnels Cemetery, directed by Rains-Seale Funeral. Born in Runnels County he was a lifelong resident. He was a farmer and a member of the Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Minnie B. Wade Lange of Ballinger; two daughters, Dorothy (Mrs. Bill) Dent of Coppell and Claudeen (Mrs. Charles) Finch of Colorado Springs, Colo.; three sisters, Dora Stokes, Mathilda Spreen and Clara Ashton, all of Ballinger; three brothers, Walter Lange, Robert Lange and George Lange, all of Ballinger; three grandchildren; and a great-grand-child.
