Her death preceded the opening of Greenlawn in 1873. She was probably buried in the Old City Cemetery. There is a big crypt that has a plaque marking her parents’s deaths, implying that their bodies are in the crypt. If their remains were moved, it makes sense that hers would have been moved too and would be included in the crypt. On the other hand, the crypt may just hold the remains of her brother Samuel and his wife Sarah, both of whom died after 1873, and the memorial plaque was added at a later date. It’s a mystery and is likely to remain so as no records were kept of burials in the cemetery until 1889. Even after that date, there are some questions about where some of the unmarked graves actually are.
