ALBERT ADKINS - Born August 23, 1911 at Hager, Lincoln County, WV, died September 25, 1982. Age 71 years, 1 month, and 2 days. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 26, 1982 at 1:00 p.m. at the Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV, with the Rev. Eugene Davis officiating. Interment in the Walker Adkins Cemetery, Sias (Big Laurel) WV. He was the son of the late Ben and Sally Adkins, and was a retired carpenter. Surviving are: his wife Estel Geneva Honaker Adkins, one daughter; Dottie Lou Johnson, one grandchild, and 1 great grandchild. Five brothers; Winfred, Froud, Carlos, Jesse, and Clayburn, two sisters; Lizzie (Elizabeth) Adkins, and Ilene Plumley.
