ADKINS, Samuel Walker - Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the home at Hager, Lincoln County, by Rev. Ebb Cummings and Rev. Woodrow Lawson. Burial will be in the Walker Adkins Cemetery at Hager. Mr. Adkins, 49, a retired farmer of Hager, died Saturday night in a Huntington hospital after a short illness. Surviving are his wife, Vickie; four daughters, Mrs. Lula Holley of Myra, Mrs. Esta Richmond and Mrs. Ethel Richmond, both of Palermo, and Mrs. Ella Adkins of Hager; a son, James at home; two brothers, William of Esat Liverpool, Ohio, and Ben of Hager; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Skeens of Wayne, Mrs. Neva Coffey of Fallsburg, Ky, Mrs. Ada Smith of Smiths Ferry, PA, and Mrs. Tiny Honaker of Sweetland; and 11 grandchildren. The body is at Koontz morturay in Hamlin and will be taken to the home at 10 a.m. today.
