Mrs. Margaret J. Miller, 86, of Box 456, RD 2, Canan Station, died at 1:32 a.m. today, July 24, 1989, at Mercy Hospital, following a lengthy illness.

She was born March 28, 1903, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Martin F. and Margaret M. (McClelland) Everhart, and Oct. 19, 1921, in Cross Keys, married Milton K. Miller, who died Nov. 10, 1973.

Surviving are 10 children: Grace Cunningham, Thelma McConnell, Richard and Martha Smith of Altoona; Marie Bender and Robert of Hollidaysburg, Glenn and Harry of Duncansville, Donald of Newark, Del.; and Delores McConnell of Somerset, N.J.; 39 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters and a brother: Myrtle Kruis of Patton, Helen Duffy of Chambersburg and Theodore Bristow of Duncansville.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville.

MILLER -Services for Margaret J. Miller of Box 456, RD 2, Canan Station, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home Inc., Duncansville, by the Rev. George D. Townsend. Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Preceded in death by two sons, Milton Jr. and Gerald Allen Miller
