Born on 10th May 1864 to parents George Olivant and Elizabeth Allen.He was one of three children having a brother George and a Sister Priscilla.He did his apprentiship in the Print following in his Fathers footsteps.He worked in the Print throughout his life.He was Married twice.His second wife was Ada Elizabeth Adelaide Mattey whose Father was of French origin.They had 5 Sons and 3 Daughters.They travelled with his job which took them to Belfast,Scotland,Northampton and Liverpool.His wife pre-deceased him in 1932.He died on 10th October 1943 and is buried in Allerton Cemetery in Liverpool.
