Mrs McGorray died at 3 o'clock in her home after an illness of three months. She was 78. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
She was born in County Derry, Ireland and came to this country 61 years ago. She was a daughter of Mr and Mrs James Muldoon. Sixty years ago she married Patrick Graham of Niantic, who died in 1893. In 1900 she was married to Hugh McGorray, who also preceded her in death. She lived on her farm near Niantic for 33 years, moving to Illiopolis in 1901. She is survived by six of her nine children: John Graham of Illiopolis, Hugh Graham of Los Angeles, Mrs John Sheehan of Springfield, Mrs AJ Shanahan of Chicago, wife of the speaker of the House of Representatives, and Miss Julia and Miss Jennie Graham of Illiopolis. One brother, James Muldoon of Niantic and 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive.
