Charles Anderson of Accord and a trustee of the Ellenville Savings Bank, died at his home in Accord Monday, the result of a cerebral hemorrhage. He had been ill for nearly a year. Mr. Anderson was born in the town of Marbletown 54 years ago. He was a son of William and Mary Hasbrouck Anderson. Mr. Anderson is survived by his widow, who was Miss Stella Baker before her marriage. He leaves also a daughter, Marion, and two sons, William and Howard, all of Accord. The trustees of the Ellenville Savings Bank, in a body, attended the funeral at Accord Thursday afternoon at 2:30. Ther services were conducted by the Rev. Eugene Keater of Upton Plains, and the Rev. Ben Schotten of the Rochester Reformed Church at Accord of which Mr. Anderson was a member. Interment was in the Accord cemetery.

The funeral of Charles Anderson, who died at his home in Accord on April 20 of a cerebral hemorrhage, was held last Thursday at his late residence. Services were conducted by the Rev. Eugene Keator of Pompton Plains, N. J., the Rev. L. M. Bream of Lawyersville, N. Y., and the Rev. Benjamin Scholten of the Rochester Reformed Church of Accord of which Mr. Anderson was a member. Interment was in Accord rural cemetery. Bearers were Herman Gazlay, Percy Barley, John Miller, John Van Demark, Charles D. Osterhoudt and Stanley Kelder, all of Accord. Mr. Anderson was one of the best and favorably known residents of Accord, having for a number of years conducted a flour, feed and coal business there, as well as holding the Ford car agency. He was a trustee of the Ellenville Savings Bank for many years. Although he spent most of his life in Accord, Mr. Anderson was born in the town of Marbletown 54 years ago. Survivors are his wife, who was Miss Stella Baker; one daughter Marion; two sons, William and Howard, all of Accord; three sisters, Mrs. Jessie Decker and Mrs. Jennie Gazlay of Accord and Mrs. Clara Evans of Walden.
