Obituary - Mrs. Ottilie Macaulay, 74, of 371 South Ocean Avenue, Patchogue, died March 4 at her residence. Born in Medford, she was a lifelong resident of this area. She is survived by two sons, Carlton T. Tuttle of Westhampton, and Archibald Macaulay of Patchogue; six daughters, Mrs. Mary Hull and Mrs. Helen Shepherd, both of Stuart, Fla., Mrs. Ottilie Lyons of Brookhaven, Mrs. Williamina Maheux of Hartford, Conn., and Mrs. Catherine Bailey of Marlboro, Mass.; three brothers, Frank Richter of Stuart, Fla., and George and Herbert Holmes, both of Farmingville; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Grassberger of Patchogue and Mrs. Dorothea H. Schaeffer of Farmingville, and by 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. March 7 at the Ruland Funeral Home, the Rev. Frederick I. Smith, pastor of the Bellport Methodist Church, officiating. Interment was in Waverly Cemetery, Holtsville.
