Joseph A. Baskett, 67, of 1322 S. Floyd St., was found dead at his home Friday. He died Thursday of natural causes, according to Deputy Coroner Jorge Quiron.
He was a native of Shelby County, a member of Fisherville Baptist Church, past master of Phillip Swigert Masonic Lodge and a retired employee of Model Farms Dairy.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Brenda Moore; four brothers, Lee, Clarence, Hardin and Alvin Baskett.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Road, Jeffersontown, with burial in Chenoweth Run Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be after 2 p.m. Saturday.
